Steampunk Country Festival
July 10–11 | by the sea (Neibāde / Saulkrasti area)
Steampunk Country Festival is a two-day event by the sea with a special visual atmosphere, live country and Americana music, evening parties and a festival atmosphere.
The symbol of the festival is a mechanical bull – a steampunk-style figure and the main photo spot. Legend tells of the master Miķēlis Zeltiņš from ancient Neubāde, who created the mechanical bull and put the key to time in it. When music plays by the sea and people gather, the mechanism seems to wake up and a special story begins for two days.
Visitors are invited to enjoy the music, festival activities and, if they wish, add steampunk-style details to their clothing – a hat, glasses, vest or other accessories.
